About Hallam Land
Hallam Land Management Ltd (Hallam Land) was established over 35 years ago as the land promotion business of the wider Henry Boot Group and has significant experience in promoting and delivering strategic land.
Hallam Land have a long standing track record of masterplanning sites to deliver sustainable and attractive housing developments where people want to live. We have also promoted land for a number of other uses, including offices, employment, retail, motorway service areas and renewable energy production. Whilst Hallam Land work widely across the UK, we are very familiar with Knowsley Village and the wider planning context in Knowsley borough having been in regular dialogue with Council Officers over several years.
Hallam Land will submit an Outline Planning Application to Knowsley Council in due course. While the proposals evolve, we want to share information with the local community to seek your views on the scheme. Delivery of New Homes
